Stars on the Water
A Lowcountry shrimper casts his net into the black water of a tidal creek at night, the moon dancing off the water. I have done this many times myself, and I know the souls of these people well. They are the heart and soul of Lowcountry life. This was my very first night time silhouette. I have cut many more since then. Night silhouettes added a whole new dimension to my art.
